- Do not buy directly from a manufacturer: Manufacturers usually sell genuine toner cartridges for more prices. You can find same genuine toners for less online.
- Go to a trusted reseller: Instead of buying toner cartridges from the manufacturer, buy them from a trusted reseller. You’ll still get the genuine toner cartridge, but at a lower price than the manufacturer.
- Do Comparison Shopping: When buying from a reseller online, do not just go blindly to the first website that you see or think of. Spend some time doing comparison shopping. Check other websites online. Use price comparison and shopping websites like Price Grabber, Bing CashBack etc. You may find same genuine toner cartridge for less somewhere else. Be aware that there will be lot of websites selling compatibles too. But you don’t want to go for compatibles.
